Fortuna

After the temporary transfer of Captain Fredricks to the Starship Bradbury, the Britannic has been assigned to Starfleet Medical's Division 14, a specialized group dealing with mysterious science or medical related problems.

Britannic's first mission brings her to Starfleet's Fortuna Colony. Located near the Cardassian Demilitarized Zone, Fortuna is experiencing a viral outbreak caused by Melvaran Mud Fleas. A fairly common illness, the problem is the treatment is killing the patients and now it's up to the crew of the Britannic to unravel the mystery before its too late.
